Frequently Asked Questions

How long do the workshops take?

That’s up to you. We can start with a one-hour inspirational talk or extend our collaboration for many years. Many clients collaborate with me for at least half a year. Implementing Lean OKRs requires people to change their mindset and habits. That isn’t easily achievable within less time. However, let’s have a call to discuss the different options for your Lean OKR transformation.


I need help with Growth Marketing, are you able to help?

In many cases, your current Marketing team is already awesome. They just need to learn how to work in a different way. Change their mindset. I need to be honest with you. I’m not a Growth Hacker or Marketeer. However, I did help a lot of other digital companies, so I have some ideas about it. However, if you need real help with Marketing, I will link you up with expert-level marketing folks within my network.


Can you help with investing in our growth?

In some circumstances, I’m able to help you with investing or help find you an investor within my network during one of our engagements.


Can you help with Technical Engineering Coaching?

Yes, my 25+ engineering background helps to teach and coach your principal engineers and product managers.


I need help with HR, are you able to help?

If you need to develop leadership skills, salary houses, and compensation schemes, I will link you up with expert-level HR folks within my network. However, I do have some ideas on how to radically improve your current compensation and bonus schemes.

Why change a winning team? Your current sales team is already doing a great job. They just need to learn how to work in a different way. Change their mindset.
