Activation policy (how new teams start):
Loop License is organization-level. New teams can be activated via Coach-Guided Self-Launch using the MTN kit, after being admitted following a W2 Activation Audit. Alternatively, you can add a paid Full Launch (MTN-led) for high-stakes teams.
How it runs (first 90 days)
Week 0 — Setup: confirm scope, guardrails, owners, dashboard, and the weekly slot.
Week 2 — Fit Check (Gate W2): Objective clear? Outcome + Lead/Signal usable? Owners acting? Decide keep/tune/kill on the first lever.
Week 6–8 — Midcourse (Gate W6–8): read the trend; tune the Behavior Pack or Experiment Card; escalate one blocker max.
Week ~12 — Decision Day (Gate W12): Evidence or Elimination; lock next-quarter Objective/KR candidates; choose the route per team; record first moves.
Then repeat—small upgrades, visible progress.
What doesn’t change

No new platform. We work in your tools (Sheets/Notion/Slack/Teams).

Practicalities
People: a leadership contact, your Leaders, and your Loop Coach(es) (Plus/Enterprise).
Scheduling: clinics & audits are pre-scheduled; 48h reschedule window.
Data & ownership: your data stays in your systems; templates are for internal use.
Seats: transfer Leader/Coach seats anytime within your tier.
Term: annual; upgrades anytime, downgrades at renewal.

No. We keep you capable, not dependent. Clinics and audits are the support.
Is this a software tool?
No. It’s operating help and better templates, delivered on a rhythm. Your stack stays yours.
Do Coaches train new Leaders?
Yes. Loop Coaches (Needle-certified) onboard and train new Leaders using the MTN kit; MTN certifies Leaders at W2/W12 via audits.
What if our Leader or Coach leaves?
Swap in a replacement—seats are transferable. We’ll fast-track training and keep the loop on track.
Can we add more help mid-quarter?
Yes—buy Support Credits for extra clinics or on-site days. No retainer required.
