Nice analysis of how Lean works with OKRs!

In 2016, we only had two books on this topic. Now, there are at least a dozen books on OKRs. Most seemed to be published shorty after Measure What Matters hit the market in 2018.

This book is one of the better ones as it serves a clear purpose. It shows how to combine lean practices with OKRs. And it does so in a practical way and a friendly, conversational tone.

Den Haak clearly outlines the history of OKRs and does a nice job of referencing other books that are quite relevant to OKRs and Lean including Outcomes over Output, Radical Focus, The Progress Principle, Drive, and the book I co-authored on OKRs back in 2016.

Whether you are looking to master OKRs or just want an overview, this is a good book for your shelf!
