Moving the needle is a beautiful book. I've read all the major OKR-related books, and so far this is the best among them. Bart does an amazing job to include all the important knowledge from those books, so you have the comfort to read all those books by reading this one.

What I really like about this book is that it has a holistic view of OKRs, not just the "method". Bart considers all the aspects of how a company should relate to OKRs. Starting from why shouldn't use it, if you are not ready for it. You can learn about how OKRs are and should be related to strategy, and how you should craft great Objectives and Key Results. What are the OKRs related to leading practices, and where you can really fail with them if you are not conscious enough?

The book is also very practical, it provides many examples of how you can facilitate the different parts of the OKR process. Also, you can learn cool stuff about how to define and use impactful indicators.

I highly recommend this book. Currently, this is one of the best investments if you want to learn OKRs.
