Practicalities
People: the pilot team (ICs + Team Lead/EM/PM), their Leader, and a sponsor. Future Loop Coach may join the Lab.
Pre-work: latest strategy context + metrics; we bring a short intake template.
Delivery: remote or on-site; planned sessions only; quick Q&A around sessions.
Boundaries: no internal Slack/email firefighting; we stick to the activation.
After Launch: your Activation Policy for new teams: Coach-Guided Self-Launch after a W2 pass, or a Full Launch for high-stakes teams.

Is there a separate “captain”?
No. The Team Leader hosts and improves the weekly.
Do we get instant results?
Launch installs the rhythm and behaviours. Outcomes build over a 90-day loop.
Do we need a separate Pre-Launch engagement?
No. Setup lives on this page: Leader Training, Rollout Design, and—if you choose leaders-draft—an optional Drafting Sprint.
What does “published” mean here?
Your team goal & outcomes are visible in one place with owners, a scoreboard link, the weekly time slot, and a decision log—so progress stays transparent.
What if data or decision rights aren’t ready?
We’ll recommend a short Foundations fix before locking the weekly.
How many teams usually start?
Typically 1–3. After certification, your Guides expand coverage without adding more meetings.
