Executive Briefing — Author’s Cut (90 minutes)
Feel the loop before you buy the map.
Not another deck. A working demo.
In 90 minutes you’ll see the Weekly-20 loop run end-to-end, try two micro-exercises, and leave with a crisp Next Move—so your leadership can decide whether to install the rhythm for real.
Who this is for
Leaders who want proof, not theater.
SaaS and product organisations that need visible progress each week—without adding more meetings or heavy frameworks.
What you’ll experience
The language of goals & outcomes (in plain English)
Less jargon, more clarity. Why outcomes beat output, and why a tight weekly rhythm wins over big-room planning.Live demo: the Weekly-20 loop (20 minutes)
One page, one decision, done. A short cadence that survives real life. Two micro-exercises
Focus Drill (what we will ignore for now) and Behavior Spotlight (the small habit that unlocks progress).Q&A + Next Move
Decide whether to proceed to Focus—or park it. No pressure, no upsell routine.
This is not a diagnostic.
No audits, no slide-stacks. It’s a high-energy demo so you can feel the operating cadence.
What you get (after the briefing)
1-page Briefing Notes & Next Move (≤24h)
Owners, dates, and the smallest step worth taking.Author’s Red Pen™ (mini) (≤48h)
A short loom/video markup on one artefact (e.g., your strategy slide, KPI snapshot, or roadmap).Weekly-20 Starter (1-pager)
Agenda + decision-log checklist so you can try the loop next week.(On-site) Each attendee receives Moving the Needle with Lean OKRs (author copy).
How the session runs
A tight flow: clearer story → why outcomes weekly → Weekly-20 loop demo → two quick exercises → Q&A → written Next Move.
We keep it practical and timeboxed; you keep the pen.
After the briefing
Most teams go to Needle Focus™ (two half-days) to define the company goal, frame 1–3 outcomes, surface the 6D gaps, and draft the Operating Blueprint™—your rules of the road for the loop.
From there, you’ll run Setup (org-level) and Needle Launch™ (≈2 weeks per team) to make a real move.
Focus (2 × ½ day): company goal + outcomes; 6D snapshot; Operating Blueprint™ (no dashboards here).
Setup (on the Launch page, no separate product):
Needle Leader Training & Certification™ (1 day) · Rollout Design (1 day) · (Optional) Drafting Sprint (2×1 day) if leaders draft first.Needle Launch™ (≈ 2 weeks per team): publish after the team finalises their goal & outcomes, practise the weekly twice (Leader in the chair), activate one lever, and reach Evidence or Elimination™ with a W2 Activation Audit.

FAQs
Is this an OKR workshop?
No. We don’t write goals here. We show the operating cadence that makes goals real.
Do we get a dashboard in the briefing?
No. You get a Starter 1-pager (agenda + decision log). Dashboards appear during Launch, after Focus sets direction.
Why two half-days for Focus?
Half-day 1 decides the company goal and outcomes. Half-day 2 surfaces 6D gaps and drafts the Operating Blueprint™—so Launch can move fast.
What if our data or decision rights aren’t ready?
We’ll recommend a short Foundations fix before installing the weekly loop.
What happens if we already use OKRs?
Great. We translate your existing structure into goal + outcomes, install the Weekly-20 loop, and keep what works.
