Scheduling: your EA handles invites; I provide invite text and run-of-show.
After the Kickstart
Most clients continue with Activation to install the operating rhythm and, where needed, add thin instrumentation or a targeted skills clinic. No long embed—just focused working sessions, then hand-off to your internal owner.
