Executive Briefing

Strategy before OKRs. Rhythm after.
A 90-minute, high-energy briefing-as-workshop for SaaS leaders, software teams, and organizations in digital transformation who want visible progress every week—not more ceremony.

Why this, why now

AI raised the bar. The winners learn and ship weekly.
If your company has plans, frameworks, and dashboards—and still struggles to move the needle—this is your no-risk first step.

We won’t write OKRs. We’ll test whether a minimal operating cadence works here, identify the two places where your energy leaks, and recommend the safest next move.

What happens in the room

Not a lecture. Not a tool rollout.

  • Context & urgency — outcomes over output; AI as a capability, not a side project.

  • Short focus drill — feel what strategy really is: selective attention.

  • Readiness Pulse (6D) — a quick, honest scan to identify your Top Two execution gaps.

  • Operating cadence demo — the 20-minute weekly: Lag → Lead → Intervention → 1 blocker.

  • Clear next step. Confirm fit to move into Kickstart for the 6D gaps analysis and a concrete 90-day route.

We will not align outcomes or pick levers in this session. That happens later—if the foundations and fit are there.

What you leave with (tomorrow)

  • Execution Snapshot (Lite) — a one-pager you can act on:

    • 6D readiness pulse

    • Top-2 gaps (where energy leaks)

    • Route recommendation (Objective Surgery or Kickstart)

    • The Friday Test (a tiny weekly checklist)

  • A book for every participantMoving the Needle with Lean OKRs.

The business case

  • Stop waste early. Week-4 keep/kill/start puts attention and budget back where it pays off.

  • Stable priorities, faster delivery. Better outcomes and healthier teams.

  • AI that ships. Embedded in the weekly decision loop, not trapped in POCs.

  • Foundations before rhythm. Strategy, data, decision rights, and team conditions that make change stick.

Logistics & pricing

  • Format: On-site preferred (Europe) or remote.

  • Duration: 90 minutes total.

  • Audience size: Works best with 6–12 leaders.

  • Pricing: €3.5k on-site / €2.5k remote.

  • Credit: 100% of the briefing fee credited if you proceed to Kickstart within 14 days.

FAQs

Is this where we write OKRs?
No. This is a keynote with two short exercises. We write OKRs (and only if they help) during Kickstart and later during Activation.

Do we get a report?
You’ll get Briefing Notes & Next-Step Options (1-pager)—not a diagnostic.

We already run OKRs. Worth it?
Yes. Many teams have OKRs without an operating cadence. The briefing shows the weekly rhythm that makes them useful.

Can we invite managers outside the exec team?
Yes, but keep the room small enough for decisions (6–12 is ideal).

Ready?

Execution Kickstart

Start smart. In one focused leadership workshop we analyze your strategy and decide the smartest starting point. You’ll leave with either a draft OKR (company Objective + 3–5 candidate KRs) or a crisp readiness snapshot with a 30-day route.

Management Workshop

Management Workshop

Why this first?

OKRs aren’t magic dust. They work when the ground is ready—clear intent, short review cadence, visible trends, real ownership. Many rollouts fail because one or more of those are missing.
I don’t push “just do OKRs.” I help you decide OKR now or complement first (and with what), drawing on a broader toolkit across strategy, process, tech, data, structure, and skills.

What you get

  • Executive snapshot of top execution gaps (plain-English, leadership view).

  • Readiness decisionOKR now or fix/complement X first, with named owners.

  • 30-day route — one clear Objective (draft), 3–5 candidate KRs, a short weekly-review outline, and a working scoreboard template.

Built for decisions and momentum—not a hefty diagnostic.

Choose your format

Kickstart — On-site (½ day, Recommended)

Deep alignment in the room. Best for 6–12 execs/leads who need decisions that travel.

What you get

  • Executive gap snapshot (plain-English, leadership view)

  • Readiness decisionOKR now or complement X first (with named owners)

  • 30-day route — Objective (draft), 3–5 KR candidates, short weekly-review outline, scoreboard template

  • Included: optional 2–3 micro-interviews beforehand + 45-minute follow-up decision clinic

Investment: €5,000 on-site (Benelux) (+ travel)
Credit: €2,000 toward Activation if booked within 30 days.

Kickstart — Remote (Essentials, 3 hours)

Fast, focused triage for smaller groups.

What you get

  • Same deliverables at lighter depth

  • Limits: artifact review only (no interviews), max 8 attendees, limited slots

  • Add-on: 45-minute follow-up clinic €450

Investment: €3,900 remote
Credit: €1,000 toward Activation if booked within 14 days.

How the Kickstart runs

  • Opening: what great product companies do differently (outcomes, cadence, decisions).

  • Working blocks: isolate the few constraints that cause most drag.

  • Decision clinic: choose OKR now or fix/complement first and assign owners.

  • Wrap: draft OKR or readiness snapshot + 30-day route you can execute immediately.

Pre-work (light): upload your latest strategy slide/notes and a KPI screenshot; optionally 2–3 micro-interviews.
Delivery: remote or on-site (Benelux). Fixed scope, fixed fee.
Scheduling: your EA handles invites; I provide invite text and run-of-show.

After the Kickstart

Most clients continue with Activation to install the operating rhythm and, where needed, add thin instrumentation or a targeted skills clinic. No long embed—just focused working sessions, then hand-off to your internal owner.

Practicalities

  • People: leadership + key stakeholders (small, decision-capable).

  • Pre-work: upload latest strategy slide/notes + KPI screenshot; optional micro-interviews (on-site only).

  • Delivery: remote or on-site (Benelux).

  • Boundaries: planned sessions only • fixed scope • no internal email/Slack.

FAQs

Will you write OKRs with us?
Yes—either a draft OKR in the room or, if that’s premature, a readiness snapshot that shows what to complement first.

We already tried OKRs—can this still help?
Yes. We’ll identify why they stalled (strategy fit, cadence, data, ownership, skills) and pick a smarter re-entry.

How long is the weekly review?
Short and context-fit (often 15–30 minutes). In Kickstart we confirm the agenda and owner.

Do you embed with our teams?
No. I install, hand-off, and keep you moving without “always-on.”

Ready?

Activation (Operating Rhythm)

Turn decisions into a weekly operating rhythm that actually survives the week.
Focused working sessions, selected from your Kickstart. No long embed.

Why Activation?

OKRs aren’t magic dust. After the Kickstart, we decide OKR now or complement first—then install what fits your context. I don’t push a template; I help you run a rhythm that moves the needle.

What you’ll have in 2–4 weeks

  • One company Objective with 3–5 KRs translated into weekly decisions.

  • A short, repeatable review cadence (length to fit your context) that ends in clear commitments.

  • A shared scoreboard and light instrumentation on the flows that matter—progress seen, not argued.

  • A concise 30-day operating plan with named owners, a stop-list, and a shortlist of candidate moves tied to your KRs.

  • Hand-off to your internal lead with lightweight playbooks so the rhythm runs without me.

  • (Where relevant) thin evaluation & guardrails for automation/AI under Tech, Data, or People—kept pragmatic.

How it works (high level)

  • Select & sequence: pick the minimal set of interventions from your Kickstart.

  • Install: run fast, facilitation-heavy working sessions; decide > report.

  • Instrument & visualize (lightweight): stand up the scoreboard; wire key signals.

  • Run & hand-off: leaders own the cadence; I exit.

Format: remote or on-site (Benelux). Planned sessions only. Fixed scope, fixed fee.

Programs & typical pricing

  • Install (2 weeks) — establish cadence + decision hygiene. ~€10,000 (remote)

  • Install + Instrument (3 weeks) — add light instrumentation on critical flows. ~€16,000 (remote)

  • Full Activation (4 weeks) — cadence + instrumentation + one targeted skills clinic. ~€19,500 (remote)

On-site Benelux: typically +€3,000 per program. Kickstart fee is credited in full if you book an Activation within 30 days.

What’s included

  • Focused working sessions (selected from your Kickstart).

  • Review agenda, commitment format, scoreboard template.

  • Owner mapping, stop-list, and decision log.

  • One 45-minute follow-up decision clinic within 2 weeks of hand-off.

What’s not included

No always-on access. No internal email/Slack. No heavy reports. No multi-quarter embed.

Prerequisite

Execution Kickstart (½ day). We choose the smartest start (OKR now or complement first) before we install anything.

FAQs

Do we have to use OKRs?
No. If OKRs aren’t the right fit yet, we complement first and keep the rhythm light.

How long is the weekly review?
Short and context-fit (often 15–30 minutes). We agree the agenda in Activation.

What tools do we need?
Whatever you already use—plus a simple scoreboard (sheet or BI). We keep instrumentation thin.

Remote or on-site?
Both. Remote is fastest; on-site available in the Benelux.

Scale: Train‑the‑Trainer (Needle Guides™)

Make results durable without me in the room. We certify a small group of internal facilitators who can run—and improve—your operating rhythm across teams.

Why this

You’ve proven the cadence in Activation. Now scale it across Product, Engineering, Sales & CS without external dependency—same language, same flow, faster decisions.

What you’ll have in 6–8 weeks

  • 2–4 certified Needle Guides who can lead the weekly review and monthly checkpoint, maintain KR quality, and surface decisions fast.

  • One cadence, many teams — shared standards, less friction, clearer ownership.

  • A living playbook — facilitation scripts, prompts, checklists, scoreboard & review templates, calendar/comms pack.

  • Governance-light — simple standards for KR hygiene, review discipline, and quarterly resets.

How it works (high level)

  • Cohort model (2–4 candidates).

  • Live labs: shadow → co-lead → lead real sessions with structured feedback.

  • Skill checks: KR writing, decision framing, scoreboard hygiene, run-of-show.

  • Certification: observed session + brief panel review; clear pass criteria.

Format: remote by default; on-site intensives available in the Benelux. Planned sessions only.

Program & pricing

  • Train-the-Trainer (6–8 weeks): €24,000 — fixed scope, fixed fee.

  • (Optional) OKR Academy (Whitelabel, 12-month) to onboard new managers/teams at scale: €12,000 license + €3,000 setup (hosting optional).

  • (Optional) Additional guide license (per year): €1,500 for template updates & quarterly Q&A.

What’s included

  • Facilitator Kit (agendas, prompts, troubleshooting cards, timeboxes).

  • Scoreboard & review templates (ready to duplicate per team).

  • Calendar & comms pack (invite copy, run-of-show, reminders—EA-friendly).

  • Two cohort debriefs + one certification panel.

  • Written feedback for each candidate after observed sessions.

What’s not included

No always-on access. No internal email/Slack. No enterprise change-management stack or long reports.

Prerequisite

Activation completed and running for at least one team (cadence live, scoreboard visible). Executive sponsor + EA support for scheduling.

FAQs

Who should be a Needle Guide?
People managers or senior ICs with facilitation appetite and cross-team credibility.

How many teams launch initially?
Typically 3–5 teams. Your Guides expand coverage after certification.

Remote or on-site?
Remote works well. On-site intensives available in the Benelux (travel billed separately).

Is this an accreditation?
It’s a capability-based certification tied to your context and standards.
